3 cthinly sliced peeled tart apples (3 med) used Granny Smith
1/3 cbr sugar
1/4 cflour
1/4 cquick oats
1/2box, 3 oz (estimated) cook & serve butterscotch pudding mix
1/2 tspcinnamon
1/4 ccold butter

Place apples in 1 1/2 qt Crock pot. In small bowl combine br sugar, flour, oats, pudding mix & cinnamon; cut butter into coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apples.

Cover & cook on low 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hrs. 'til apples tender
