Steps

Mix cream cheese 300g, sugar 40g & cranberries 35g. Freeze for 20 minutes.

Mix (milk 300g, glutinous rice flour 80g, rice flour 80g, wheat starch 40g, sugar 50g), strain, and microwave the batter for 4.5 minutes.
冰皮配料攪拌過篩,蓋保鮮膜微波爐高火四分三十秒。 - 3
Knead in butter 40g & matcha powder 5g until smooth and stretchy.
趁熱揉入奶油和抹茶粉,直到麵團光滑拉絲。 - 4
Ratio 1:1. Wrap, dust with flour, and press hard!

1. Freeze the Filling | 餡料提前冷凍:
Portion and freeze the filling balls for 20 minutes first. Firm filling makes wrapping super easy and non-sticky!
餡料一定要提前分團【冷凍 20 分鐘】,硬實後包起來絕對不沾手!
2. Microwave & Doneness Check | 微波爐熟成判斷:
Mix thoroughly after microwaving. Ensure there are no white raw batter spots or hard lumps to guarantee it's fully cooked.
