Ingredients

30 minutes
30 Shaomai (1 pack sheets)
  • 250 gminced pork
  • 70 gshrimps
  • 20 cmlong onion
  • 2 teaspoonsgrated ginger
  • 3 tablespoonsKatakuriko starch or any starch
  • 1.5 teaspoonschicken consommé
  • 1 pack (30 sheet)Shaomai sheets

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut shrimp and long onion.

    Mix all ingredients with hand.

    Wrap the pork mixture with Shaomai sheets.

    Steam Shaomai in high pressure pan for 4 minutes. Or steam it in pan for 12 minutes.

    Eat Shaomai with Japanese mustard and soy sauce.
