Steps
- 1
In a bowl add the mayo, garlic and lemon juice and mix well. Set aside the sauce.
- 2
Microwave the tortillas for 10–15 seconds to make them soft and easy to roll without tearing.
- 3
Spread a thin layer of sauce down the center of each tortilla.
- 4
Layer the shredded lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, and shredded rotisserie chicken evenly.
- 5
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom up to enclose it completely.
- 6
Heat a grill pan, panini press, or regular skillet over medium-high heat.
- 7
Lightly coat the pan with cooking spray or butter.
- 8
Place the wrap seam-side down and press gently. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until the tortilla is golden brown and sports those crisp, beautiful grill lines.
- 9
Serve immediately while warm.
