Peas & Egg

Since I saw this dish on the internet, I have been craving it as I love Peas. I have been hoping to use Fresh Peas, but they are not in season. Today I used Frozen Peas and they were just good enough. There was no recipe, so I just tried to recreate it. Whoever invented this dish, I thank the person. Softly cooked Egg is important as the gooey Egg Yolk is essential.
