Dice meat into cubes. Chop onions and tomatoes.

Heat cooking oil in a sufuria and add onions and meat and put to boil.

After 20minutes put tomatoes and salt and cover sufuria with a lid.

Add small royco and water then let it cook.

Serve with greens and ugali.
