Preheat oven to 325.

First, mix sugar and flour. Then, melt on top of stove and bring to boil: butter, crisco, water, cocoa.

Mix 1st and 2nd steps together in 1 bowl. Add eggs, buttermilk, baking soda, and vanilla.

Pour cake mix into jelly roll pan. Cook in oven about 20 minutes or until done. (25)

In saucepan (same one used for cake) bring to full boil: butter, chocolate, vanilla, and milk

Remove from heat and add 1 box of sifted powdered sugar. Beat until smooth.

Pour icing over hot sheet cake while icing is still warm.
