Ingredients

20 - 25 minutes

2 cupscorns
2 tbsp.Besan
1 tbsp.kasuri methi
1 cupamul cream
2 tsp.salt or according to taste
1 tsp.red chilly powder
1onion(chopped)
1tea spoon ginger garlic paste
2tea spoon oil
3/4 cupmilk

20 - 25 minutes

Dry roast the besan and kasuri methi and keep it aside.

Heat the oil and add ginger garlic paste. Sauté it for 1 minute.

Add onion and sauté it for 1 minute. Add corns and cook for few minutes.

Add cream mixed with 3/4 cup of milk.

Add besan and kasuri methi.
