For idli : 3bowl rice,
1 bowl Udit dal
pizza sauce,
For topping : any veg, cheese,
Oil for frying

Steps

First soak rice and Udit dal separately for 5-6 hrs, than make a batter and keep for fermentation.

Make idli out of it. After breakfast when idli remains.

Take those idli apply pizza sauce put toppings, and shallow fry it on a pan on a low flame. Ur idli pizza is ready
