Peel the pumpkin and wash then boil for 30 min

Remove from heat and smash to form a paste. place in a bowl and knead with the flour

Add salt to warm water and use to knead the mixture till it forms a dough add a little oil and continue kneading

Spread the dough in a flat surface and apply a little oil evenly. Cut the dough in long but narrow pieces and roll to make sizeable ball like pieces

Spread the ball like pieces to make round chapatti sizes and fry in a pan till golden brown using medium heat
- 6
Serve hot with beef stew or beans or even green grams
