Steps

First fry some chicken in 2 tbsp oil add 1 grated onion 2 cloves of garlic, let them simmer for a while

Add spices : salt, white pepper, ginger, coriander, turmeric, mustard and laurel leaf.

Let them simmer for a while on a low fire

Add boiled water and cook it till the chicken meat is half cooked

Meanwhile fry 1 clove of garlic in 1 tbsp of oil, add slices of mushrooms

Prepare meat balls : mince, salt, black and white pepper, ginger, chopped parsley, 1 egg, 2 tbsp of rice powder, bit of grated onion and garlic, mustard

Shape balls and deep fry them for seconds

Add meat balls to the first sauce, cook for a while, the sauce should be reduced

Take off the chicken meat and roast it, add bit of creamy cheese or heavy cream to the sauce

Serve and decorate the plate with boiled eggs, slices of lemon and chopped parsley
