Teething Biscuits

These biscuits are very hard so babies can chew on them to soothe their gums when teething, but they don't break apart, so there's no choking risk. I highly recommend them. You can thread a string through them to tie onto your baby (like a pacifier) so they don't fall on the floor, since your baby will spend hours gnawing on them.

Ingredients

13 Minutes

Steps

13 Minutes
  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C).

  2. 2

Mix the flour with the baby cereal powder, then slowly add the oil. Add a little cold water (start with 1/4 cup), mix, and keep adding water until the dough forms a stiff ball that pulls away from the sides of the bowl.

  3. 3

Roll out the dough to cracker thickness and cut into any shape you like (I suggest a ring shape so your baby can easily hold it, or a stick with a hole at the top to thread a string through).

  4. 4

Place the shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Let them cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
