Ingredients

10 minutes
2-3 servings
  • 1 cupHung curd –
  • – 2 tbsp or as per taste Castor or powder sugar
  • 2-3 tbspRose syrup –
  • 2-3 tspRose water –
  • 1 tbspor as needed Chopped pistachios –
  • for Garnish Fresh rose petals -

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a big bowl whisk the hung curd and sugar until creamy.

  2. 2

    Add Rose water and rose syrup to combine.

  3. 3

    Taste and add more sugar or rose syrup if required. Chill for 1-2 hours in refrigerator.

  4. 4

    Rose or Gulab shrikhand is ready to serve. Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve chilled.
