2-3 tspRose water –
1 tbspor as needed Chopped pistachios –
for Garnish Fresh rose petals -

In a big bowl whisk the hung curd and sugar until creamy.

Add Rose water and rose syrup to combine.

Taste and add more sugar or rose syrup if required. Chill for 1-2 hours in refrigerator.

Rose or Gulab shrikhand is ready to serve. Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve chilled.
