Mix besan turmeric and water and make smooth and thin paste of it.

In kadhai heat oil. Add mohri and wait till it starts crackling. And hing, kadi patta, garlic, chili.

Add besan batter in it and add salt as per your yaste.

Keep stirring and cook it till it become nice thick. Garnish it with coriander and serve it with bhakri.
