Ingredients

6 piecessalmon fillet
3 TBDijon mustard
1.5 TBhoney
Juice of one small lemon
3 clovesfresh garlic minced
2 TBdill
to tasteSalt and pepper
3 TBolive oil

Steps

Mix all ingredients together to create a paste/dressing

Place salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Sprinkle fish with 1 TB olive oil

Spread the paste on the salmon
5

Bake at 350° for 20 min
6

Serve on a bed of lettuce with the extra sauce as a dressing. Enjoy!
