Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswatermelon purée 
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 2 cupswater
  4. 2 sheetsgelatin soaked in 2 tbsp of cold water
  5. 1 tbspsqueezed lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the sugar with the water for 5 minutes and add the two gelatin sheets to the fruit purée. 

  2. 2

    Beat the mixture in the mixer vigorously for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Put the mixture in the freezer and an hour later beat it using a mixer, then place it back into the freezer.
