Ingredients

2 cupswatermelon purée
1 cupsugar
2 cupswater
2 sheetsgelatin soaked in 2 tbsp of cold water
1 tbspsqueezed lemon juice

Steps

Boil the sugar with the water for 5 minutes and add the two gelatin sheets to the fruit purée.

Beat the mixture in the mixer vigorously for 5 minutes.

Put the mixture in the freezer and an hour later beat it using a mixer, then place it back into the freezer.
