Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsPenne pasta
  2. 2ripe tomatoes, chopped into cubes
  3. 1/2small broccoli, cut into small pieces
  4. 540 mlTomato, garlic and onion pasta sauce
  5. 2Carrots, sliced
  6. 1 cupmozzarella cheese
  7. 1Enough parmesan cheese to sprinkle generously on top
  8. 2Skinless chicken breast
  9. 1 tbspGarlic salt
  10. 2 tbspDried basil
  11. 1Pepper to season

    Boil water and add pasta.

  2. 2

    Chop chicken into cubes and cook in large fry pan until brown.

  3. 3

    Once chicken has browned, add the pasta sauce and cut up vegetables.

  4. 4

    Let sit until carrots are soft and pasta is cooked.

  5. 5

    Once its cooked, add the mozzarella and mix in and transfer to a rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle the parmesan and extra mozzarella (if needed) on top and place in a preheated oven. Let it sit in the oven until cheese has thoroughly melted through and a little crispy at the edges.
