A very easy soup or gruel with orzo, tahini and herbs!

Heat the (salted) water and dissolve the tomato paste in it.

As soon as it starts boiling add the orzo and the dill and let cook over slow heat.

When the pasta is almost ready, add the tahini and mix, removing from heat if you want it as a soup or let it if you want it to get mushy.

Serve with lemon and pepper if you like.
