Ingredients

1 serving

1 cupwater
1full tsp bitter cocoa powder
1/2 tspGreek coffee
2small portions evaporated milk
sugar, as much as you like (I used 1 full tsp)

Steps

Place the water, the coffee, the cocoa powder and the sugar into a briki (small pot, for making Greek coffee).

Mix over heat so that everything dissolves thoroughly.

Add the milk and let it boil.

As soon as it starts to rise, remove from heat and enjoy.
