Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 cupwater 
  • 1full tsp bitter cocoa powder 
  • 1/2 tspGreek coffee 
  • 2small portions evaporated milk 
  • sugar, as much as you like (I used 1 full tsp)

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the water, the coffee, the cocoa powder and the sugar into a briki (small pot, for making Greek coffee). 

  2. 2

    Mix over heat so that everything dissolves thoroughly. 

  3. 3

    Add the milk and let it boil. 

  4. 4

    As soon as it starts to rise, remove from heat and enjoy.
