While in thailand I came across vendors at the night markets who sell fried bugs.

Curious me had to try all the bugs.

Silk worms is by far my favorite and a favorite of the locals.

Best served with ice cold beer

Ingredients

  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 1-1.5 cupsfrozen silk worms
  • Golden mountain seasoning sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    In a small pan add defrosted silk worms.

    While stiring on high heat add seasoning sauce

  3. 3

    Occasionally the silk worms will release water as your stiring. Drain so no water is in the pan. Keep stirring until no more water comes out of thr silk worms. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve when hot

    Enjoy with beer
