Ingredients

  • 2 tbsbutter
  • 3 tbsFlour
  • 1/2 cupsoup stock
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter in double boiler, add flour, stir in soup stock.

  2. 2

    Cook over hot water until thick, stirring occaisionally.

  3. 3

    Then add the sour cream. Season and serve hot.
