Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsyoghurt
  2. 1/2 cupwater
  3. 2milk pedas (or crumbled khoya 2-3 tbsp)
  4. 2 tbspgulkand (rose perals preserve)
  5. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  6. 1 tbsprose water
  7. to taste sugar (only if required)
  8. rose petals (for garnish)
  9. pinchsaffron (for garnish)
  10. mixed nuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Milk pedas...

    In a mixie jar, add the yoghurt, gulkand, crumbled pedas / khoya, water and cardamom powder. Sugar can be added if required.

    Blend into a smooth puree.

    Pour into individual glasses and garnish with the chopped nuts, saffron and rose petals.

    Serve chilled and enjoy this cool, refreshing and flavoured lassi.
