Cook the egg plant and mushroom and set aside

Using the same pan, add in the chicken and keep on stirring for 5 minutes.add in salt, black pepper, chilli pepper, vegetable cube and keep on stirring for another 2 minutes.

Add in the tomato paste, sugar and some water and simmer for 5 minutes

Add in the cooked mushrooms and eggplants keep on fire for 1 minute. Serve and Enjoy.!
