  • 1 cupFrench peas
  • 1large arrowroot(pealed)
  • 1large onion
  • 2medium carrots
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil French peas for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    In a cooking pot add chopped onions

  3. 3

    Add cooking oil then allow the onions to soften

  4. 4

    Add French peas

  5. 5

    Add carrots and arrowroots then water enough to cook them

  6. 6

    Add salt

  7. 7

    Serve while hot
