  1. 1

    Boil the sweet potatoes unpeeled.

  2. 2

    Peel the sweet potatoes when it is well done.

  3. 3

    Cut the sweet potatoes into desired sizes.

  4. 4

    Deep fry the sweet potatoes in a hot cooking oil

  5. 5

    Serve the sweet potatoes(use an accompaniment like tea)
