Baked Ragi Chips

This gluten free grain is a rich source of fibre and has high protein content. Perfect for growth of children. We can make variety of recipes from this Ragi one such recipe which kids would really love is baked Ragi chips.
Steps

Mix Ragi and wheat flour.

Add salt and red chilli powder. Now add 1 Tablespoon oil and mix it well.

Now with the help of very little water knead the dough.

Now allow the Dough to rest for sometime. For around 15 minutes.

Meanwhile preheat the oven at 180degree celcius for 10 minutes.

Now make small balls from dough and roll it flat.

Cut it into strips. Apply oil over it

And bake these chips at 140 degree for 15 minutes. Or till it becomes crispy.

Now take it out and sprinkle chat masala over it.

Chips are ready to serve.

Serve it with nice hot milk, milkshake or even with juice.

You can even store it for 10 days in an air tight container.
