1 cupSemolina/suji
1 cup Gram flour/besan
1 cupCurd
2 cupWater
1/2 bowlFinely chopped capsicum
1/4 tspFinely chopped green chilly
1 tspGrated ginger
1tspFinely chopped coriander leaves
to tasteSalt
2 tbspOil

Take a large bowl add curd and water and beat it.

Add suji, besan and salt and mix well.

Now heat oil in a pan and spread the mixture over it

Flip it when it turns little red.

Your suji and besan cheela is ready to eat.

Repeat the same process with rest of the batter.
