Wash matumbo well with running water

Cut into small pieces and Boil for 10 mins in a pressure cooker.

Drain the remaining water

On your pan put you chopped garlic and onions fry till brown

Add hoho and tomatoes cook till thick paste appears.

Add matumbo and mix well you can add 1 grass water or not

Leave it for 10 mins and its ready

Serve with ugali or rice
