Wash Matki, Add it to a cooker along with 2 cup water and cook on medium flame for 3 whistles (about 10 minutes).while it cook, make the misal ready.

Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion fry to golden, Add ginger garlic paste saute until the raw smell goes off.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are soft.

Add all spices, mix and cook until oil begins to separate.add cook Matki beans.mix well and add more water as needed to make a gravy.

Cook on a medium flame for about 5-10 minutes, till oil separate. Add green coriander leaves misal is ready.

Add only matki to bowl, Add green chilli and chopped onion. Serve misal pav immediately.
