Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2 cupraspberries
  2. 1/3 cupsugar
  3. 1 tbspbalsmic vinegar
  4. 1 tspfresh rosemary chopped
  5. 1 tbspbutter
  6. 1peach ice cream

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook raspberries sugar vinegar rosemary and butter in a medium saucepan until the berries are heated through and the sugar is disolved.

    Serve over scoops of peach ice cream. Vanilla bean ice cream can be used if you don't like peach.
