Ingredients

5-6 servings
  1. 2 kgfull cream milk
  2. 200 gmrice
  3. 250 gmsugar
  4. 3 tbspchopped nuts any
  5. 1/2 tspcardamon powder

    Boil milk add cooked rice and cook for 1 hour or till creamy texture

  2. 2

    Add sugar and nuts and cardamon powder

  3. 3

    Cook for 15 minutes more

  4. 4

    Cool down and serve chilled
