1/2Green Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 cupOnion, diced
3 tbspOlive Oil
1 tbspMcCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning

Preheat oven to 500°F

Place potatoes, peppers and onions on a nonstick cookie sheet

Toss with olive oil and seasoning

Place in oven for 25 minutes. Toss twice with spatula between cooking
