the preparation directions are: just chop everthing and mix it with the beef using your hands. after that, put it in the refrigerator for almost 1 hour and then you can give it the kebab shape(the size is totally on you) and fry them in high heat oil.
You can also enjoy them with parsley and ment sauce.
