  • 1 cancoconut milk
  • 4 smallcans diced green chiles
  • 1 tspcayenne pepper
  • 2 tspground coriander seed
  • 3/4 tsppaprika
  • 1 pinchsugar
  • 1 pinchsalt

    Marinate corn in coconut milk for 4 hours. Add to saute pan with green chiles. Season. Reduce until thickened.

    Variations; Cilantro, grilled pineapple, roasted bell peppers or garlic, shallots, onions, butter
