Ingredients

  1. 9 ozRavioli
  2. 2 tspOlive Oil
  3. 2 cloveGarlic
  4. 1 mediumYellow Squash (thinly sliced)
  5. 4Roma Tomatoes (quartered)
  6. 1 canGarbanzo Beans
  7. 1/2 tspDried Thyme
  8. 1/4 tspCracked Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook ravioli according to instructions and drain

  2. 2

    In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil and garlic. Add squash, tomatoes, thyme and pepper and cook for 4-5 min

  3. 3

    Add garbanzo beans and cook until heated through

  4. 4

    And pasta, toss, and serve
