Brown ground beef with peppers,salt/Blk pepper,drain and add taco seasoning,rotel(drained),cook for five minutes,crumbled taco shells and layer in bottom baking dish,add beef,then 3 cheese and continue layering untill finish mixture.bake for 20 minute or untill cheese melted.
