Cut tips about 1 and a half inch long boil water. Once boiling ad tips for about a min. Remove tips place in a bowl of water with ice.

Render bacon till crispy then remove from pan drain grease.

Add white wine to hot pan let reduce to half.
- 4
Add asparagus tips mushooms and bacon sautee till mushrooms soften tips still slightly crisp.
