Preheat grill to 450

Form the meat into about 5 large patties, make sure they are wide as well as thick, because they will draw up when grilling.

Sprinkle with Tiger seasoning (salt and garlic work as a replacement,) Tony Chachere's seasoning, Regas (optional, is a regional brand,) and the coarse brown pepper. Pause and mix in the seasonings between.

Cook on grill until desired.
