  • 30 gred plum jam

    Put sugar and half litre water in a sufuria to the jiko

  2. 2

    Give it time to boil as you stir

  3. 3

    Add red plum jam and continue stirring.

  4. 4

    Add the corn flour to thicken the salt

  5. 5

    Serve the jam for dry desserts like cake
