Me and my husband are eating healthier and I decided to make the ultimate healthy breakfast! Perfect filling delicious breakfast at 222 calories in a serving!

Grease skillet with cooking spray.

Gather all ingredients & dice the onion, green pepper, green onion, & tomato.

Add all diced ingredients to the greased skillet along with mushrooms, garlic, salt, & pepper.

Place skillet on stove over a medium heat & sauté. Scramble 4 eggs in a bowl in the meantime.

When ingredients are lightly browned & sautéed pour in the scrambled eggs. Keep flipping so it doesn't burn.

When the eggs are fully cooked transfer to a plate & enjoy! (Would be even more delicious to add low fat mozzarella cheese on top afterwards!) ENJOY!
