Ingredients

  • 4pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 cupBacon Jam (recipe below)
  • 2 tbspfavorite rub
  • 2 tbspGrape Seed Oil (or bacon drippings from the jam)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat large skillet on medium high heat. Add oil.

  2. 2

    Season chicken with rub and pan fry for 5-7 minutes per side depending on thickness of chicken. Thinner pieces may take only about 3-4 minutes.

  3. 3

    When chicken is fully cooked, drizzle with slightly warmed Bacon Jam.
