Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 1/2 lbpork loin
  • 1/2 tspground sage
  • 1/4 cuphoney
  • 10 ozApple juice
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 2 1/2 tspvegetable oil
  • 1water

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat oil add pork loinseason top side with half sage and salt

    After 3 minutes turn loins. Add the rest of salt and sage. Add juice and water till covered. Simmer/boil covered 20 minutes turn pork after 10 minutes.

    Let sit still covered 10 minutes. Serve hope you enjoy!
