Ingredients

  1. 300gbeef
  2. 2chopped onions
  3. 5chopped tomatoes
  4. Cooking oil
  5. Salt
  6. 1 bunchkales

    Chop.beef into big pieces and place in a sufuria then add 1 cup water and set and boil for 10 minutes.

    Place.onions and.cooking oil in a sufuria and stir

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and stir then cover for them to soften.

  4. 4

    Crash tomatoes and add the beef in the sufuria

  5. 5

    Add salt and royco then add ½ cup water and cover for 5-7mimutes then set aside.

  6. 6

    Place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil

  7. 7

    After a minute add tomatoes(2) and cover for them to sften

  8. 8

    Add the kales leaves and add a little water and salt then cover

  9. 9

    Check as it cooks to make sure the kales don't burn.

  10. 10

    When ready turn off heat and serve.
