Blend the tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic, ginger and tatashe then set aside; wash turkey spice and parboil till tender

Fry turkey and set aside

Pour blended tomatoes puree into a pot and leave to boil until the consistency is thicker and the excess water is dried up.

Now, heat up the vegetable oil, add some onions Add the dried tomatoes then let fry for about 15 minutes on low heat or until the tomato looses it's sour taste.

Then add fried turkey, knorr cube and salt to taste. Cover and leave to simmer for 5 minutes or more.

Then serve with white rice
