  • 1 kgbeef stewing pieces
  • 1onion
  • 1green pepper
  • 1 tspbrown onion soup
  • 1 tsprajah curry spice
  • Pinchparsley
  • 1beef stock
  • 1 litre water
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tbspmarinade

    1kg red meat

  2. 2

    One big onion chop it fine

  3. 3

    And one carrot also chop it Half onion, green pepper and 1 spoon salt then pour two cups of water until soft

    Cook it until soft and ready to dish up
