Got the original recipe from my.mom n law then tweaked it to our liking. You can really do anything with this recipe. I even add green bell pepper or tomatoes on occasion.....I. never tell hubby because he hates those: )

Got the original recipe from my.mom n law then tweaked it to our liking. You can really do anything with this recipe. I even add green bell pepper or tomatoes on occasion.....I. never tell hubby because he hates those: )

Chop your onion and.cilantro then add the butter to your pot and melt. When the butter is melted add your onion and cilantro and saute until onion is translucent.

Next add your meat and garlic salt, pepper, and worchesire sauce (all to taste) And cook until meat is done then drain and put back in pot.

Add your beans, chili seasoning, tomato sauce, water, 2 tbls worchesire sauce, garlic salt to taste, black pepper to taste, and cayenne to taste. Stir everything and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and enjoy!!
