I was looking for a healthy meal to give me energy before working out. Very quick and tasty.

I was looking for a healthy meal to give me energy before working out. Very quick and tasty.
Steps

Work out how much pasta you want. Put in a pan with boiling water covering the pasta. Leave it to continue cooking.

Take the slice of cheese and split it in to small piece's. This is important as the smaller they are the quicker they melt.

Slice up the stuffed peppers and add to your cheese.
- 4
When the pasta is nearly cooked start frying your bacon.
- 5
Once the bacon is cooked, mix in with cheese and stuffed peppers.

Finally drain the water out of the pasta pan leaving the pasta in. Mix the bacon, cheese and stuffed peppers in to the pasta and use the remaining heat of the pan to melt the cheese.
