Tatiana's Grandmother gave this recipe to her because it was her favorite recipe. Tatiana shared the recipe with me. Her Grandmother is from Dominican Republic. Love this recipe. When I eat it or see pink beans I always think of Tatiana and her wonderful Grandmother!

6 servings

2 can15 ounces pink beans
1/2 cupsofrito
1salt to taste
2boneless skinless chicken breast chopped optional
1 envelopesazon seasoning

Steps

add all the ingredients together stir simmer till done about 15 - 20 minutes.

If you have it with chicken. Cube the chicken. Sautee the chicken in olive oil till done add to the pink beans with spices.
