Prepare cake as per instruction on box useing drained pineapple juice and water as liquid called for in instructions

Bake at 350* for about 35 minutes in a greased and floured 15x10x1 inch baking pan.

Remove when don and set aside to cool

In large bowl blend together cream cheese, pudding mix and milk until smooth

Flog in crushed pineapple and spread over top of cake

Cover this with ths whipped crean then cover with shredded coconut

REFRIGERATE unti served
