Ingredients

  • 1 packagesYellow Cake mix
  • 1 canCrushed Pineapple 20oz can
  • 1 packagesCream Cheese 8oz
  • 1 packagesInstant Vanilla Pudding mix
  • 1 cupCold Milk
  • 1 packagesCool Whip 9oc container
  • 1 packagesShredded Coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare cake as per instruction on box useing drained pineapple juice and water as liquid called for in instructions

  2. 2

    Bake at 350* for about 35 minutes in a greased and floured 15x10x1 inch baking pan.

  3. 3

    Remove when don and set aside to cool

  4. 4

    In large bowl blend together cream cheese, pudding mix and milk until smooth

  5. 5

    Flog in crushed pineapple and spread over top of cake

  6. 6

    Cover this with ths whipped crean then cover with shredded coconut

  7. 7

    REFRIGERATE unti served
