1 cantomato sauce
1beef broth

Steps

In 5 qt pot brown beef with diced onions until no longer pink, the. Drain grease off.

Add the 2 cans of mixed veggies, do not drain, the diced tomatoes, do not drain, and tomatoes sauce

Stir in beef broth, as much as you prefer. Some like their soup thick while some prefer soupy!

Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 mins. Add salt and pepper to your preference.
